Hope that you and Jean are both well, Can't believe it has been 6 months since my BDE!!! Still can't stop watching the DVD just love it. Which is the reason I am emailing you I stupidly left our disc 1 on top of our Virgin Plus Box and because of the heat it has sort of melted the disc!!!!! You can see on the disc where it has gone all funny and  now won't play,Was hoping that you would be able to do us another copy please Really hoping this is possible Thanks loads Sam
