Hope that you and Jean are both well. Can't believe that it has been 6
months since our BDE!!! Still can't stop watching our DVD just love it..
Which is the reason that I am emailing you. I stupidly left our disc 1
DVD on top of our virgin + box and because of the heat it has sort
of melted the disc!!!!! You can see on the disc where it has gone
funny and now won't play. Was hoping that you would be able to do
us another copy please. Disc 2 and 3 are fine It is just disc 1.
Really hoping that this is possible, let us know and what we owe you for
a new copy.
